I was supposed to get a free mug---and they were out when I got there--the guy at the front promised me one--and left before he could give it to me--he was the one that checked me in. Had weird smell in the lobby area

The bed was comfortable and the location was aceptable to my needs.
No elevator, having to hike up the entire families luggage a flight of stairs without help from the staff was terrble. The ac in the first room didn't work at all and the next room we got the ac only blew out of half the vent. I also know that the reservation I had was for a different location and being from out of town I was at first unaware that I was at the wrong location, but the staff never informed me of my error. This location is overpriced.

The hotel is really nice for the price though. The location is perfect; gas, movies, food and quick access to freeway.
My stay there was horrible! They did not have my reservations so I had to pay for an more expensive room. The staff was very rude and racist. He gave me a very hard time.
